Even with the blistering "Cerberus" heatwave of Sicily, I was able to manage with proper clothing; a water bottle; sunscreen; hat and sunglasses, to walk the town in the early morning hours or the late afternoon. Throughout the rest of the day everyone was hiding indoors and the sun was directly overhead making images nearly impossible.
Having been here many times and documenting the life and the changing landscape of this town, I still manage to find little alley ways that I've never seen. Here are some of those images.
The light reflecting on the buildings is something that is absolutely magical. That coupled with the textures of the buildings makes for interesting images.
